Building Your Own Website - online training course.
With the launch of the fruitful faculty online school, we have the first training course open for scholarship applicants.
The online training course is now taking scholarship applications and student registrations for those looking to learn how to build their own website and start their digital empire.
What sets the fruitful faculty apart from other e-learning programs is the training incorporates more than just skills training. You will also learn entrepreneur mindset and proven strategies to succeed.
Who is it for?
This course is designed for:
entrepreneurs starting their own business;
small business owners and sole traders looking to take their business online;
marketers looking to increase their knowledge of website design and content management systems (CMS);
stay-at-home mums or employees looking to start a side hustle;
digital marketers looking to expand their service offering to include building CMS websites; and
anyone wanting to build their own website.
You do not need a lot of technical knowledge - if you know how to use word and powerpoint you will be able to follow the steps - there is NO CODING and support all the way if you do get stuck.
How is it run?
This course is run online via the platform Teachable. There are instructional video modules for each lecture, plus written content, checklists and support material.
There is are practical exercises to complete at each step, as it is designed to pace you through building your own website.
There is a private Facebook group set up for questions and assistance for all students taking part in the course.
Each week a new module will open up. The modules can have between three and six short lectures that you can do at your own pace. Stick to the order and complete each task before starting the next as they build each milestone to completing your own website.

What if I don't have a business idea yet?
You can download the free 'Discover your Genius Zone' pack to start thinking about it, but you can also build a fictional site to put your learnings into practice.
What does the course cost?
There are three packages available.
Building Your Website Online Course: The upfront payment of $697 covers the entire course curriculum, support and bonus material or you can do two equal monthly payments of $397.
Building Your Website Online Course + Coaching: Adds weekly group coaching (6 weeks) to the online package. The upfront payment of $997 covers the entire course curriculum, support and bonus material or you can do two equal monthly payments of $577.
Building Your Website Online Course + Built Templates Provided: Adds the website template built and a one-to-one strategy session on your business. The upfront payment of $1647 covers the entire course curriculum, support and bonus material or you can do two equal monthly payments of $897.
What if I can't afford the course fees?
There are some payment plan options to spread the payments over two months and there is also a scholarship application you can apply for with some full-fee and half scholarships available.

I'm not technical, will I be able to the course?
If you can use word or powerpoint program we will be able to teach you how to build a website. There is no coding!
What if I get stuck?
There is a private Facebook Group where you can ask questions and you can get support from both other students and course facilitators.
When does the course start and finish?
The course material is unlocked on Monday 30 November. Each week the next module will release with 6 modules in total. You can complete the tasks in your own time, but if you can keep pace with the course it means you will launching your new website within 6 weeks!
